The Discovery Zone

If you or your organisation are interested in bringing an interactive STEM activity or demonstration to our Discovery Zone we’re offering free stand spaces. We’re looking for organisations that are a natural fit for the show and can inspire others through their work. This will not only offer educational opportunities to thousands of show visitors but also provide greater awareness for your brand.

FAQs

The Discovery Zone stands are free of charge.

The stand sizes are 6m x 6m.

The stand includes one vehicle, show entry is for a maximum of 2 adult occupants per vehicle and an exhibitor car pass for the Discovery Zone.

Yes, please feel free to bring a gazebo (up to 3m x 3m), these must be displayed within your allocated stand, please note these items must be weighted or secured down.

You can arrive from 8am on the event day, and must be set up by 9:30am.

All Traders need to be on site from 9:30am to 4pm.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept generators at the event for the safety of guests and the site.

Unfortunately, you cannot sell products or services in The Discovery Zone. The stand is for the purposes of display, interactive engagement with visitors and brand awareness. Please find more information about a market stand to in order to sell products.

The final positioning of your stand will be entirely at the discretion of Haynes Motor Museum and we reserve the right to reposition any stand at any time before or during the event.

Should an Exhibitor wish to cancel a booking, notification of cancellation must be received in writing.
