Traders & Dealers
We’re welcoming motoring exhibitors, parts suppliers, and memorabilia dealers to display and sell their products. Whether you offer classic car parts, automotive services, collectables, or specialist accessories, this is the perfect place to reach an engaged audience of motoring enthusiasts.

Please note, if you are a catering vendor looking to serve food and drink to visitors on the day, you will need to apply directly with our Events Team at jhc@haynesmuseum.org

Book A Stand

Book a 6m x 6m stand for The Market. The stand includes one vehicle and 2 adults. 

Book by 31st March to secure your stand for £75. Stands are £100 from the 1st April.

Book by 31st March to secure your stand for £75. Stands are £100 from the 1st April. 

The stand sizes are 6m x 6m.

Yes, a maximum of 2 stands per company.

Included in your ticket are 1 vehicle and 2 adults.

Any additional adults or children aged between 4-15 must purchase separate General Admission tickets and bring them on the day, children under 4 are free. 

Yes, please feel free to bring a gazebo (up to 3m x 3m), these must be displayed within your allocated stand, please note these items must be weighted or secured down.

You can arrive from 8am on the event day, and must be set up by 9:30am. 

All Traders need to be on site from 9:30am to 4pm. 

Electric is not provided however, use of generators is at the discretion of the HMM event team and must be agreed in advance.  

The final positioning of your stand will be entirely at the discretion of Haynes Motor Museum and we reserve the right to reposition any stand at any time before or during the event.  

Should a Trader wish to cancel their booking, notification of cancellation must be received in writing however, no refunds will be available once a booking is made.
